- These terms apply only to purchases made directly from the Company. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number from our website, personal details (e.g., name or phone number used during the order), or a valid receipt.
- Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., custom material or color selection, personalized monogramming) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Before using the product or removing any tags, please verify that the item matches your order.
- If the product is unsatisfactory, defective, or incorrect, do not use or remove any tags. Notify the Company within 2 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days, including the tracking number, to:

- Please use a trackable shipping service to avoid loss or delay. The Company is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
- Returned products must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging (if applicable) intact.
- The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is due to defects or shipping errors. The Company is not liable for any other damages or expenses.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued based on the original amount paid, excluding any applicable fees for return handling or payment processing.
- Shipping costs and other service charges are non-refundable.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- If paid via credit card, debit card, or electronic payment, the refund will be processed through the original payment gateway.
- For payments made by bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and customers must provide valid banking details.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after return confirmation. Bank transfer refunds will begin once banking information is received.
- For electronic payment gateways, processing times may vary between 15–30 business days, depending on the provider.
- For COD purchases, the refund will be processed after the Company receives funds from the COD service provider.
