Product Quality Assurance & Warranty Policy
TRUSTYLE Company Limited (“the Company”) sincerely thanks you for choosing our products. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check and is covered under the following warranty terms:
Product Quality Inspection
Each item is inspected through a 2-step quality control process:
- Upon completion of production, and
- Prior to shipping.
Before shipment, all items are cleaned. For products made from genuine leather, a leather moisturizer is applied to preserve softness and hydration.
Please note that natural characteristics of genuine leather — such as minor uneven textures, visible veins, pores, or wrinkles — are not considered defects. These marks are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of real leather, distinguishing it from synthetic materials.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the Company or through our authorized resellers, with proof of purchase required (e.g., order number, name, phone number, or receipt).
- Please verify the condition of the item before use and before removing tags, as per the Return & Exchange Policy.
- Once the product is used, the following warranty terms apply:
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery (as per shipping provider records), or from the purchase date for in-store purchases.
Coverage
- Covers normal use under the intended purpose of the product.
- Does not cover damages caused intentionally or through misuse.
Included Components Under Warranty
Metal parts such as zippers, hardware, buttons, or clasps:
→ If broken or malfunctioning, we will repair or replace free of charge.
Stitching or structural integrity:
→ We will repair and restore the item to functional condition free of charge.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Leather, fabric, and plastic parts are not covered under warranty.
- After the warranty period ends, repair services will be available for a fee based on the work required.
The Company is not liable for any damages or costs — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — resulting from the use of our products.
Repair Process
If your item requires repair under warranty, please contact us first via our official communication channels for an eligibility check.
Once your repair request is approved, you may send the product to us via a sales channel or shipping service. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

- Repair time: approximately 45–60 days.
- After repairs are complete, we will contact you to confirm the return address.
- For returns within Thailand: No additional charge.
- For international returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
