การสั่งซื้อสินค้า

บริษัท ทรูสไตล์ จำกัด (“บริษัท”) มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ท่านสนใจสั่งค้าจากทางบริษัท

ท่านสามารถดำเนินการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางเว็บไซต์นี้ได้ทันที โดยการเลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการและกดปุ่มใส่ตะกร้าสินค้า หรือปุ่มซื้อสินค้า จากนั้นดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของทางเว็บไซต์ และหากท่านต้องสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่ม สามารถสอบถามพร้อมสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านการสนทนาทางข้อความ เช่น LINE หรือ Facebook Messenger ได้เช่นกัน

ท่านสามารถเลือกวิธีการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าได้ดังนี้

<li>ชำระโดยบัตรเครดิต โดยผ่านตัวแทนรับชำระเงิน 2C2P.com หรือ Paypal.com</li>
<li>ชำระผ่านการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร โดยข้อมูลบัญชี จะแสดงในข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อของท่าน</li>
<li>ชำระเงินสดเมื่อได้รับสินค้า เฉพาะกรณีจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย เท่านั้น</li>
</ol>
ปัจจุบันทางบริษัทยังไม่มีบริการผ่อนชำระค่าสินค้า

บริษัทจะดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อของท่าน ระหว่างวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 9:00 - 17:00 ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

<h2 style="margin:0px 0 5px 0; color:#333; font-size:18px; line-height:20px; font-weight:bold;">การจัดส่งสินค้า</h2>
เมื่อท่านสั่งซื้อสินค้าครบ 500 บาทขึ้นไป ทางบริษัทจะจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศให้แก่ท่าน ฟรี ผ่านบริการของบริษัทจัดส่งดังนี้

<li>AlphaFAST สำหรับพัสดุขนาดไม่เกินกล่อง ง เฉพาะปลายทาง กรุงเทพ นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ และปทุมธานี</li>
<li>EMS สำหรับการจัดส่งที่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการโดย AlphaFAST</li>
</ul>
เมื่อท่านเลือกชำระเงินสดเมื่อได้รับสินค้า (Cash on Delivery) บริษัทจะจัดส่งสินค้าผ่านบริการของบริษัทจัดส่งดังนี้
<ul>
<li>AlphaFAST สำหรับพัสดุขนาดไม่เกินกล่อง ง เฉพาะปลายทาง กรุงเทพ นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ และปทุมธานี</li>
<li>Kerry Express สำหรับการจัดส่งที่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการโดย AlphaFAST</li>
</ul>
การจัดส่งไปยังปลายทางนอกประเทศไทย ท่านจะเป็นผู้ชำระค่าจัดส่งให้แก่ทางบริษัทตามขนาดและน้ำหนักของสินค้า โดยบริษัทจะทำการใช้บริการจัดส่งของ Aramex.com และ Fastship.co ทั้งนี้ ค่าจัดส่งที่ท่านได้ชำระมา จะยังไม่รวมภาษีต่างๆ เช่น ภาษีนำเข้า ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ที่อาจถูกเรียกเก็บ ณ ศุลกากรของประเทศปลายทาง

Ordering can be made using the website online checkout system. Or you may contact us via email or various messaging platforms for more product information and also product ordering.

We offer several payment methods

<li>Money transfer to our bank account (the transfer information will be provided to you in order information)</li>
<li>Cash on Delivery, applicable for only delivery within Thailand</li>

We are not yet offer any payment installment

We process orders during our office hour, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 except public holiday

For order value over 500 THB, standard product delivery is free of charge to destinations within Thailand. We use third parties for standard delivery as follow:

<li>AlphaFAST for small package upto size D, to destination within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan</li>
<li>Thailand post EMS for the rest</li>
</ul>
For cash payment upon delivery, we use third parties for standard delivery as follow:

<li>AlphaFAST for small package upto size D, to destination within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan</li>
<li>Kerry Express for the rest</li>
</ul>
There is an additional shipment service fee for delivery to destinations outside Thailand. The charge is calculated from the dimension and weight of the package. The charge is only for shipment service, excluding any custom duties and applicable taxes at the destination country. We use third party, Aramex.com and Fastship.co to handle international shipment.
