การเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

บริษัท ทรูสไตล์ จำกัด (“บริษัท”) หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าท่านจะพึงพอใจกับสินค้าของทางบริษัท ทั้งนี้ บริษัทมีข้อกำหนดการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าดังนี้

<h2 style="margin:0px 0 5px 0; color:#333; font-size:18px; font-weight:bold; line-height:20px;">ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า</h2>
<ul>
<li>ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ ใช้เฉพาะต่อสินค้าที่ท่านซื้อโดยตรงจากทางบริษัท โดยท่านจะต้องมีข้อมูลยืนยันการซื้อสินค้าให้แก่บริษัท เช่น หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์ หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น ชื่อหรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์ ที่ท่านได้ให้ไว้ตอนสั่งซื้อ หรือ เอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน เป็นต้น</li>
<li>สินค้าที่มีการปรับแต่งหรือสั่งผลิตตามความต้องการเฉพาะเจาะจงของท่าน เช่น การเลือกใช้วัสดุหรือการเลือกสีตามความต้องการ การปั๊มชื่อ จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนได้ทุกกรณี</li>
<li>ก่อนการใช้งานหรือดึงป้ายใดๆออก กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อ</li>
<li>หากสินค้าที่ได้รับไม่เป็นที่พึงพอใจ หรือมีข้อบกพร่องเสียหาย หรือไม่ถูกต้องตรงกับรายการสั่งซื้อ กรุณาอย่าใช้งานหรือดึงป้ายใดๆออก และท่านจะต้องแจ้งกลับมาทางบริษัท ภายในระยะเวลา 2 วัน นับจากวันที่สินค้าได้ถูกจัดส่งตามที่อยู่ท่านระบุ และจะต้องดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัท พร้อมทั้งแจ้งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ ภายในระยะเวลา 14 วัน โดยจัดส่งมาที่

<li>เพื่อป้องการการสูญหายหรือล่าช้า ท่านควรใช้บริการจัดส่งสินค้า ที่สามารถติดตามการจัดส่งได้ ทางบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดส่งคืนสินค้ากลับมาจากท่าน</li>
<li>สินค้าที่ส่งกลับมา ต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน โดยต้องมีป้ายสินค้าติดอยู่ พร้อมกล่องบรรจุผลิตภัณฑ์ (ถ้ามี)</li>
<li>ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนหากพบว่าสินค้าที่ทางปริษัทได้รับคืน ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข</li>
<li>บริษัทจะรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืนแก่ท่าน เฉพาะกรณีการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ที่มีสาเหตุจากข้อบกพร้องของสินค้า หรือสินค้าไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อ ทั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหาย หรือค่าใช่จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

<h2 style="margin:0px 0 5px 0; color:#333; font-size:18px; font-weight:bold; line-height:20px;">การคืนเงินค่าสินค้า</h2>
<ul>
<li>ทางบริษัท จะคืนเงินตามจำนวนที่ท่านจ่ายไว้ให้แก่บริษัท โดยหักค่าใช้จ่ายหรือค่าธรรมเนียมที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงินค่าสินค้า</li>
<li>ค่าจัดส่งสินค้า และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้</li>
<li>ไม่มีการคืนเงินในรูปแบบเงินสด</li>
<li>กรณีที่ท่านชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต หรือการชำระเงินทางอิเล็คโทรนิคอื่นๆ ทางบริษัทจะคืนเงินผ่านผู้รับชำระเงินอิเล็คโทรนิคที่ได้รับชำระเงินให้แก่ทางบริษัท</li>
<li>กรณีที่ท่านชำระเงินค่าสินค้าผ่านการโอนเงินหรือการเก็บเงินปลายทาง ทางบริษัทจะโอนเงินคืนแก่ท่าน โดยท่านจะต้องแจ้งข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารเพื่อรับโอนเงิน ให้แก่ทางบริษัท</li>
<li>ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินแก่ท่านภายใน 3 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้แจ้งผลการตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าแก่ท่าน กรณีเป็นการคืนเงินโดยการโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร ท่านต้องแจ้งข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารรับโอนเงินให้ทางบริษัททราบ ก่อนการดำเนินการ</li>
<li>กรณีการคืนเงินผ่านระบบรับชำระเงินอิเล็คโทรนิค เมื่อบริษัทดำเนินการแล้ว อาจมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน ประมาณ 15-30 วัน ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมจัดการของบริษัท</li>
<li>กรณีการคืนเงินซึ่งเกิดจากการสั่งซื้อผ่านการเก็บเงินปลายทาง ทางบริษัทจะเริ่มขั้นตอนการคืนเงินหลังจากที่ทางบริษัทได้รับเงินค่าสินค้าจากผู้ให้บริการเก็บเงินปลายทางแล้ว</li>

Trustyle Co., Ltd. (“Trustyle”, “We”, “Us”,”Our”) wish you love our products. However, if you would like to change or return, we have the following terms and conditions.

<ul>
<li>These terms and conditions apply to only products purchased directly from us. To be able to verify that, we require proof of purchase which could be the order number, your name or telephone number or purchase receipt.</li>
<li>Products that have any modification and customization from your request are not returnable and not exchangeable.</li>
<li>Before use or removing any tags, please check that it is the right product according to your purchase order.</li>
<li>If you are not satisfied with the product or found any defect or damage, please do not use the product and contact us back within 2 days from product delivery date. After we verify and acknowledge the returns, Please send back and inform us the tracking number within 14 days, to:

<li>To prevent loss or delay of return shipment, please use trackable delivery service. We are not responsible for any loss or delay from your shipment.</li>
<li>The returning product must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.</li>
<li>We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with this terms and conditions. Returns that do not respect our terms and conditions may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.</li>
<li>We will reimburse shipment cost only if the returns are caused by incorrect product received. We are not responsible for any damage or loss cause from the returns

<ul>
<li>We refund only amount we received, less any cost or processing fee that may occur from the returns and refund</li>
<li>Delivery, shipment fee and other expense are not refundable</li>
<li>We will refund within 3 business days, from the date we verify the returns</li>
<li>All refund will be processed through original payment channel made during purchase and no cash refund</li>
<li>For purchased made with credit card, refund will be process through payment provider and the provider may take another 15-30 to process</li>
<li>For purchased made with money transfer, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.</li>
<li>For purchase made with Cash on Delivery (COD), we require payment settlement from COD provider prior the refund process. And the refund will be transferred to your bank account</li>
