Trustyle Co., Ltd. (“Trustyle”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” ) welcome you to our websites, veraparisbag.com, veraparis.com, vera.onl, vera.im (collectively as “Websites”). Trustyle is the owner and operator of the Websites, providing the Websites as a service to our customers. Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) as they govern your use of the Websites, services and content. To make these Terms easier to read, the Websites, our services and content are collectively called the “Services.”

By continuing to use the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.

The Websites contain a trademark, word VERA with monogram in front, (“Trademark”). This Trademark is registered in many countries and is property of Trustyle and is protected by applicable trademark law.

Content in the Websites which are, but not limited to, text, image, drawing, photographs, video, audio, product information, article, document and any downloadable material (collectively as “Content”) are property of Trustyle. The content is protected by applicable copyright law and may not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, published or used, in whole or in part, for personal or commercial, except for purposes authorized by these Terms of Service or otherwise approved in writing by Trustyle. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose, or deep link to, any name, trademarks, service marks, logo, Content, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Trustyle without our express written consent.

Content on the Websites is for informational purposes only and is not meant for recommendation or advice. Although Trustyle attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Content, it makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Content thereon. It is possible that the Content includes typographical errors, inaccuracies, or other errors. In the event that an inaccuracy arises, please inform Trustyle so that it can be corrected. Trustyle reserves the right to unilaterally correct any inaccuracies on the Content without notice.

We have put significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Websites. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your display device, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the products colors displayed on your device

International Websites Visitors

Visitors who access and use the Websites from outside Thailand are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations. Please do not continue using our Websites if these Terms do not comply with your local laws.

Ordering the product

You may place an order for our products only if you are 18 year or older and capable of forming a binding contract with us. You are responsible to provide correct personal information and delivery information. You are responsible to update your personal information, delivery information, change of order information or cancel the order. Please read Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance personnel. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment has been made and verified, we will refund you to your credit card or other applicable payment account in the amount of the charge.

Orders Payment

You may choose to pay for the order using money transfer and the bank account information to receive money transfer will be displayed during checkout. You agree to transfer the money and submit transfer information to us within 1 hour after placing the order. If we do not receive any money transfer information, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

You may choose to pay for the order online, using credit card or other electronic payment instruments, in such case, after placing the order, the Websites will redirect you to a third party payment service which is not owned or operated by Trustyle. You are responsible to read Term of Services of the third party payment service before proceed the payment

Orders Fulfilment

Your order will be processed during our office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 excluding public holidays.

Orders Shipment

We subcontract the product delivery, according to your order, to third parties. We put all efforts to ensure the third parties perform their service in accordance with the term of services agreed with us. However, we do not hold any responsibility on their services

International Shipment

When you place an order and specify delivery address to a country outside Thailand, you or your designated consignee are the Importer of Record and as such are authorizing Trustyle to import the goods to your destination country on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that Trustyle may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The shipping fee, included when you place an order, is excluding any applicable duties and taxes at the destination country. You or your designated consignee as Importer of Record are responsible to pay the applicable duties and taxes and any other import fees to your local customs authorities.

Promotions

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke promotional offers at any time.

Account registration

You may create an Account on the Websites only if you are 18 years or older. It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information, as needed, to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your Account.

You agree that you won’t disclose your Account information and password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.

In case that you forget Account information and password, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may occur.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel your Account for any reason

We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products or services on or available from those websites or resources or links displayed on such websites. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.

NEITHER TRUSTYLE NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT TRUSTYLE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT WILL TRUSTYLE TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO TRUSTYLE FOR USE OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT OR ONE THOUSAND BAHT (THB 1,000), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO TRUSTYLE, AS APPLICABLE.

Class Action Waiver

These Terms provide that all disputes between you and Trustyle that in any way relate to these Terms of Service or your use of the Services will be resolved by the parties only in their individual capacity. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT IN A CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING to assert or defend your rights under these Terms of Services.

Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
