Trustyle Co., Ltd. (“Trustyle, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) would like to thank you for your purchase. Our product has passed following quality control procedure and cover with our limited warranty.

Quality Control

Upon arrival of products from the factory, we perform a detailed product inspection and quality check. Only items that pass this quality control procedure are stored in our warehouse. And during order fulfillment procedure, we perform a final quality check, product cleaning, and apply leather moisturizer, if applicable.

For products that are made from real animal skin, like Cow leather, it brings the natural characteristics of animal skin into the product. Those characteristics, for example, wrinkles, veins, healed scars and differing fibre density are what make the product unique unlike products that made with synthetic leather and is not classified as product defect.

Warranty Terms

  • This Warranty Terms only apply to products purchased directly from us or from our authorized reseller. To verify that, we require proof of purchase which is order number or your personal information provided when purchased or purchase receipt.
  • Before removing any tag, stickers and use the product, please inspect the product for any damage or defect. Please read our return and change policy for more information
  • Once product has been used, the following Warranty Terms apply
    • Warranty period is 2 years started from date of item delivery
    • The Warranty cover only product from normal usage
    • The Warranty does not cover product that intentionally made damaged
    • Parts that are made from metal, for example, Zip, metal ring, spring are covered and will fix or replace without any additional cost.
    • Product assembly is covered and will be fixed without any additional cost.
    • Parts that are made with leather, fabric or plastic are not covered in warranty.
  • Once warranty period ended, there will be cost incurred for product fixing
Trustyle are not responsible for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly, consequential or incidental from your usage of our products.

Repair process

  • Please contact us with the product information, repair information and proof of purchase.
  • Once verified, then please send the product to our authorized reseller or to
    QC department (product repair)

  • Repair process take 30-45 days to be finish
  • Once finish, we will contact you back to confirm delivery address and shipment information.
    • For returning to within Thailand, there is no shipment fee
    • For returning product to destination outside Thailand, you are responsible for shipment fee
